At ECOROAD, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery Area
ECOROAD currently ships to addresses within the entire United Kingdom.
Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has started.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all electric scooter orders within the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
3. Processing and Delivery Time
Most orders are processed within 24 working hours.
Estimated delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Orders to remote areas, including Northern Ireland, may require an additional 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, peak shipping periods, address verification, or courier delays outside our control.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking information may take time to update, especially during weekends, bank holidays, or periods of high courier volume.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it. In that case, any return or refusal of delivery will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 working days, you may contact us to request an update or cancellation.
6. Delivery Attempts and Signature
Some deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave delivery instructions, or direct you to a local collection point, depending on the courier's procedures.
If a parcel is returned to ECOROAD due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product condition.
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or the courier. Then contact our support team and we will assist you in reviewing the issue with the carrier where appropriate.
Where a delivery issue is confirmed, we will review the case and provide a suitable resolution based on the circumstances.
Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect the safe use of the product may be resolved through replacement parts, repair support, or partial compensation where appropriate.
8. Important Notes
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, public holidays, courier network disruptions, or other force majeure events.
We may use different courier partners from time to time without prior notice, provided that the level of service remains comparable.
This Shipping Policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
