This was a great purchase. At first I was disappointed because the shipping took way longer than expected. But the contact at the company Chris, was amazing. All the times i contacted for updates he was great about it never rude always nice and even credited me $21.00 for the wait.After having it for over a month now i can say its a great product. Great design very sleek, was easy to assemble too! Folds easily and very sturdy and durable.

Excellent electric scooter. It is very comfortable, easy to ride, and has good speed. The battery lasts a long time and is perfect for daily commuting. It feels strong and well built. The design is practical and modern. It exceeded my expectations for the price. Very good purchase. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an efficient and affordable way to get around.

All works as advertized. Solid, not light to carry 3 floors even for an 18yr old female athlete.

Bought this for my son for a gift. He loves it. Its faster than most scooters. Definitely for teens or adults. It also has front and back lights. He was also able to download the app, that allows youto lock/unlock the scooter.

Right out of the box, I was surprised how sturdy and well-built the scooter is. The aluminum is certainly of a higher grade. I had a cheaper scooter previously that, as I rode, would lose the screws that hold the handlebar in place. The screws here tighten snugly and never budge. In two months I have yet to retighten the screws.The EC9 in blue doesn't look like every other generic scooter out there either. It's slightly larger, heftier, and comes with 10" wheels and suspension for a smooth ride, a nifty storage bag that holds your charger and other belongings, turn lights, a bell, and tops out @ 21 mph (though like all scooters, actual top speed is a couple mph less during most of your ride.)My first scooter arrived with tail light not working. I didn't notice this until after a few weeks of use. Customer Service was responsive and helpful in paying to ship back the defective unit. They even made a very generous offer for me to keep it. Too bad I don't know a thing about how to repair scooters. 2nd scooter has worked perfectly.A few minor drawbacks. It's a bit heavier than the advertised 37 lbs (the box says it's 40 lbs.) Trade-off for how sturdy it is. The battery life is average (I suppose that's what you get for a higher top speed). At the fastest setting, you'll get about 13-15 miles. Also, when you turn it on, it defaults to the lowest speed setting so you have to change it every time.Still, you won't find a scooter that offers similar specs, looks as attractive, and is as well-built @ $200.

The ec8 scooter seems to be better than ec9. This scooter didn't perform like I thought it would. I'm changing my rating due to the fact the seller reached out and made the situation right, and I applaud that.

Amezing

Easily put together out of box. The lights and blinkers show up good after dusk or gray situation. Hard to see during sunlight. Goes pretty smooth in grassy area and small gravel area. Seems heavy duty. 13 yr old loves it.

Great packaging. Easy to assemble. Rides very well. Very happy with it.

Love the scooter. My only issue is what is the proper app to use with the scooter?

Scooter is alright, its built well, but the speed is rather slow, it hardly ever hits the 21 mph they claim it does. The realistic range is about 12ish on sport, 15ish on drive, and 20ish on eco mode. It takes really long to charge to max. The speed drops off so hard in this scooter as percentage gets low, but often the percentage isnt even low and the display just marks it as that to give you more range, which I find kinda scummy. That being said, scooter is still great and if you dont need a lot of range, this scooter might be a good choice.
